COURTNEY SCHILLING
Courtney is a graduate of Florida State, go Seminoles!, with a major in Psychology and a minor in business. She has spent the last three years overseeing all aspects of mental health billing for the offices of Dr. Iverson. She excels at keeping things organized and keeping up to date on various insurances pay out rates! In her free time, Courtney loves to hang out with friends and play volleyball.
SAMANTHA SULLIVAN
Samantha is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison. She earned a bachelor’s in Biology and a master’s in health administration. With over 10 years of experience at Affinity Healthcare, Samantha is well suited to handle any sort of billing situations that may arise. In her free time, she likes to hang out with her five kids and travel!
CHERYL BERRY
Cheryl graduated from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with an emphasis in Business Administration. For over 20 years, she developed and maintained business relationships for a national company on the New York stock exchange. In her free time she loves to spend time with family and watch the NFL, Go Pack Go!

What We Provide
Here at A1 Mental Health Billing, we do just what our name suggests, we submit insurance claims to providers and follow through until you get paid. We take the stress and hassle of denied, rejected, or simply complicated claims off your hands! We’re a small operation, but we see that as an advantage, as it allows us to provide unparalleled individualized service and attention to your needs. You won’t get lost in the shuffle here, we’ll know you by name!

We create a monthly excel spreadsheet, so you know which claims have been paid.
SERVICE
We pay close attention to detail to make sure that you receive payment on a claim as efficient and quick as possible.
Cost of Services:

9% of contracted rate with insurance company to submit claim, follow through with rejected or denied claim, and to pre-authorize a patients insurance (i.e. check eligibility and benefit details)
(These benefits are based off of information that is provided by the insurance company. Additionally, this would not be a guarantee of payment from the insurance company).
